Emily Ratajkowski shared her struggle with being sexualized even before she hit her teens!
In a Harper Bazaar Arabia’s edition, Emily revealed how people were perceiving her to be a 21-year-old when she was just 12 years of age.
“I was a 12-year-old girl with D-cup breasts”
Emily who began acting in San Diego as a child, says it was difficult for her to come to terms with the fact that she looked far older than she actually was.
She, however, added that she does not think that being a sex symbol in itself is a bad thing.
She doesn’t think that being sexualized or being sexual is the opposite of feminism.
Instead, it is oppressive to subject women to this conversation.
Emily feels if a woman is told how to dress and how to behave, it actually turns out to be opposite of what feminism stands for.
